2. Complete the form and submit.
3. An application will be mailed or faxed to you shortly.

3. Choose which city or county you are interested in from the drop down menus.

5. Follow the application instruction page that prints with the application and mail or fax the application to us.

Important Notes:

• You must use the application that is available on the property's page that you want to apply for.  Different properties require different applications.
• You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader® to print or view the application.  You can download it for FREE from the property's page.
